By allowing Revive & Shine Detailing Stoke to valet your vehicle, you are agreeing to accept the following Terms and Conditions.


Confirming your booking on a valet/detailing service:

 

When booking a valet or detail service that includes an interior clean please be aware that I will require interior photos before I can confirm your booking, this is so I can see the current condition and make sure you're booking the correct service, this also allows me to better estimate how much time is required for the job, which in turn allows me to provide a more accurate quote. Until these are received your booking is not confirmed. However, I understand not everyone can send photos and isn't tech savvy, in these instances il happily provide an estimated quote over the phone, via messaging or via email with details provided to the best of your ability. So to guarantee the slot you're enquiring about, the quicker you send me all relevant Information, the better. As I do not hold slots, I operate on a first come, first served basis.

 

When booking any valet or detail service you must provide me with your full name, contact number and address at the time of the booking, without these your booking is not confirmed.

 

When booking any valet or detail service, please be aware that on the day, I need to park as close to the vehicle I will be working on in a safe location. I will not take on any job that requires me to work on busy roads, putting myself at risk. 

 

You will be given a time slot for your appointment. This is an estimated time, as all vehicle needs are different and different services require more/less time to fulfil. Also, the weather could impact my progress. If I am running ahead/behind schedule, I will let you know as soon as possible. 

 

Should I arrive at the booking on the time agreed and the vehicle is not present, I will only allocate a 15-minute window to wait. After this I will cancel the service and move on to my next job and a cancellation fee will be payable as per my cancellation policy.

 

General:

 

Revive & Shine Detailing requests that clients give 24 Hours' notice for cancellations. If this is not adhered to I may charge a cancellation fee.

 

Revive & Shine detailing offers superb workmanship, but my work can be subject to weather conditions. If I arrive at the agreed destination and the weather is poor then I will arrange another convenient time for the work to be completed. This will be at no extra cost to the customer.

 

All payments must be made on the day, upon completion of the service. Failure to pay will result in legal action if required with additional costs added.

 

All valeting and detailing quotes are inclusive of cleaning products, materials, travel, labour and insurance costs unless otherwise stated. If any additional services are requested once on the job I will charge for the extra time and materials used and only carry them out if I have time to honour these requests. 

 

Revive & Shine Detailing Stoke reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. I will always aim to give as much notice as possible. This could be due to vehicle breakdowns, equipment failure and the weather, such as freezing conditions, rain or above-average heat which can delay me and force me to rearrange a visit.

 

Deposits:

 

I may ask for a deposit on some services as part of confirming your booking. This secures the space in my diary for the required services to be carried out on your vehicle and allows me to order any materials required directly connected with your booking. The remaining balance will then be due upon completion/collection of your vehicle.

 

Empty vehicle policy:

 

For any service that includes interior work, I require the vehicle to be completely empty of all personal and/or commercial items including rubbish, this includes the boot. This ensures that my time is solely spent on valeting the interior. If the interior or boot area is not emptied then this may result in a surcharge (minimum £10.00) to allow for the extra time needed. Revive & Shine Detailing Stoke does not accept any liability for misplaced or lost items left in vehicles. Child seats must be removed and refitted by you the customer, I will not be able to remove or refit child seats for safety reasons under any circumstances.

 

Taking pictures/video:

 

I may take photos or videos of your vehicle for promotional use on my website or other social media platforms. If you do not wish for me to take pictures or videos, then you must notify me immediately before the job starts. If you don’t notify me, then I assume you agree to allow me to post pictures or videos. For example, before and after pictures. Your registration plate will be blanked out.

 

Services I do not offer:

 

I reserve the right to refuse the following types of service. Clean up of paint, oil or chemical spillages, blood, vomit or any other bio-waste product. If a client fails to inform me of these, then I will have no choice but to cancel the valet, and a cancellation fee will be payable as per my cancellation policy. Excrement is a big no-no. I will not touch any vehicle that has any animal or human faeces. At no time will I undertake a job purely to clean up any of these spillages. I also do not offer excessive mould removal due to the danger of airborne spores, as you need all the correct PPE to tackle these jobs.

 

I may however undertake a minor clean-up of non-hazardous spillages such as liquid, but I will not remove any seats, this is again down to safety reasons.

 

Payments:

 

All payments are due on completion of the work carried out. I accept cash or bank transfer. If work is carried out for a company, then the payment is still required upon receipt of the invoice, no credit terms are offered or implied.

 

Cancellation policy:

 

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. That means that if any client needs to reschedule or cancel any booking, I must receive at least 24 hours notice. This is to allow myself the best chances to fill the now-empty slot. If any booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, then the following charges may apply -

  • Within 24-hours - 50% of the booking value
  • Within 12-hours - 100% of the booking value

 

Your Data

 

I collect your data for invoicing and accounting purposes only. I keep all invoices for the length of time required by law, which is 6 years from the end of the tax year they relate to. Data I hold on you may include name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as bank details if you have supplied them. I take all reasonable steps to keep your data secure and will only use your data for accounting purposes.
